The Tokio correspondent of the ''Chicago Tribune" says unusual sig- : nificance is attached to the forthcoming trip of the Japanese Crown Prince to Europe. Ho will start on February 34th. This is taken to mean that the health of the Emperor has been satisfactorily restored. The Crown Prince's visift will be coincident with the period of the renewal of the Anglo-Japanese Alliance. The Prince will proceed directly to England aboard_ the battleship Katori, taking with him tho highest Japanese decorations and exquisite examples of Japanese art for presentation to his Royal British hosts. Tho Princo will be accompanied by Viscount Uchida and Mr T. Hara. Japanese Prime Ho will not visit America.
