WELLINGTON, February S. , The following statement was made bf the Prime Minister regarding vacancies and pending appointments to the judiciary:—Mr Justice Edwards has resigned office as Judge of the Supreme Court, and his Excellency has been advised to appoint Sir John Sahaond, at present temporary Judge, to the want seat.
