THE REBEL MOVEMENT. (By Cable—Press A#sociatlon—Copyright) (Heuter's Telegrams.) MEXICO CITY, January 29. The rebels -who are not yet reconciled, headed by the Aricta brothers, captured several small towns, and are reported to be marching upon Durango city (in north-west Mexico).
