RECOGNITION DEMANDED. (By Cable—Prees Association —Copyright.) ("The Timea.") PETROGRAJD, January 29. Krassin has arrived from Moscow.
He submitted the proposed Anglo-Rus-sian trade agreement to the Soviet executive, -which is considering it. Tchitfherin and Litvinoff hotly opposed the agreement, and demand full diplomatic recognition. Lenin supports Krassin.
