BRITISH MISSION ENTERTAINED. (By Cable—Pr««B Association—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) DELHI, January 30. The British mission to Kabul was entertained at tho Ameer's palace on a royal scale. _ ' The Ameer made felicitous speeches, referring to the possibility of an early treaty between Great Britain and Afghanistan. The Mission was amazed at the modern developments in Afghanistan in the way of roads, engineering, and electricity. The Bolshevik envoys at Kabul are still in disfavour.
