The latest development of Polish ambitions is indicated by the visit of General Pjlsudski, the Polish President, to Ukrainia, -where General Petlura ie ondoavouring to form a durable Government. Hohas ever chanco of success. The Warsaw correspondent of the "Times" says that anti-Government organs are speculating on details of Pilsudski'e and- Petlura , s mooting, tad ,the Polish people aro warned against j continuance of new adventures, whioh ,' aro likely to alienate the Allies. Goy- : ornmer.t "organs furiously denounce the want of patriotism of such views, rho correspondent adds: "Poland is now plunged into political passions and intrigues. Poland has refused to join the Roumanians, because she docs not trust the Czechs. ■
