Clabby apologiajrijr for tailing to keep an engagement to jjgbt Fritz Holland in ar-1 ask J ing for the removal of his suspension. The executive declined the petfuest on the gronnds that all jvtnona connected with boxinjr should fulfil their agreements, and that it was in t3ie interest* of all boxens and ell toxins associations that there should be trtrict control of the sport, irrespective of pereone.
