(PRESS ASSOCIATION TEI.EGRAM3.) NEW PLYMOUTH, September 16. At tho Sirprome Court to-day, beloro Mr Justice Salmond, tho Bonithon Freehold Petroleum Company proceeded against Percy A. Hadley, company promoter, of Auckland, for £!2PO damages, for the alleged _ wrongful conversion of portion of an oil-boring plant to his. own use. The defendant counterclaimed £M 53 in disbursements in endeavouring to float i. company .in accordance with nn agreement between Hadley and tho Ucniton Company. Decision was reserved.
