TRAMWAY BOARD.
* : The Christchurcli Tramway Board met yesterday. Present—Hon. J. Barr (eh airmail), and Jlessii T. H. Davey, S. A. Staple.-?, A. :S. Taylor. T). Sykes-, "W. J. Walter, and J. "\VocJ. Lea vo of absence, was granted Mr Geo. T. Booth. The Works and Traffic Committee reported that trucks for 10 new ekctric cars and 13 new trailers had been rcccivcd, and would bo placed in traffic as soon as cur bodies were ready. These were being 1 constructed locally, and wore well advanced. The committM had a.lso accepted qnotalio.-is for 10 additional trucks and motor equipments.
