A PRESSING DIFFICULTY. • A conference of representatives of local bodies in the Christchuich district was held last night to consider tho matter of thocolloction and disposal of niglnsoil in the unsewerei portion of the city, and in districts surrounding the city. ~,_,_ , , The Deputy-Mayor, Mr J.
