Sir, —lvinaly permit mo, through your paper, to express the indignation felt, by all cyclists who are .unfortunate enoush to have to use the path through, the North Park, loading from the K icon r ton Hotel to the lake, in its present disgraceful state. In dry weather, if one rides on the extreme edge of the path, it is nol_ so had, but- on a wet day it is nothing more or less than a miniature river, while if von use the centre of the pat", it is a succession of nerve-brcnkiii!: humps.
