Mr Milward, generai manager of thi Pacific Cable Company, announces tha the Board is considering the duplicatioi of the cable from Vancouver to NorfoU Island. The cost will be in the vicinit: of £4 ; 000,000, but it will not be gossibli to manufacture the cable till late ii 1921.
