Signor Nitti's conference with, tho party leaders failed to produce a solution of the crisis. There are many rumours to the effect that the Nationalists, under Peppino Garibaldi, have planned a coup d'etat, and intend to seize tho public buildings. Military police and guards have been posted at the threatened points. A BRIGHTER OUTLOOK. (Received May 21st, 5.5 p.m.) ROME, May SO. The indications are that Sijjnor Nitti's efforts to form a new Cabinet will be successful.
