GUERRILLA WARFARE. (By Cable.—Pre« Association.—Copyright.) (Australian and X.Z. Cabl« As-ocitiion.) PARIS, June 9. The Irish-American delegates furnished President Wilson with a report on the state of Ireland for submission to the Peace Conference. They also sent copies to King George and Mr Lloyd George. Tho covering letter states that the delegation visited four provinces of Ireland, except where prevented by the Army of Occupation. Tho report declares that guerrilla warfare, which is usually the prelude of a major conflict, is going on in Ireland dnilv between small detachments oF the Armv of Occupation and the Republican volunteers, in which there have been killed and wounded on both sides. - Tho report adds: "With ferocity unparalleled even in modern warfare, within the past few days men and women have been shot down in the street* of Dublin."
