» DISMISSED ON TECHNICALITY. (PIIESS ASSOCIATION" TELEGRAM.) WESTPORT, June 9. • _Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., this morning i listiissod the case against the Millerton Miners' Union, alleging an unlawful strike, on a technical point. The Magistrato said that the cause of action set out in the statement of claim, and tho one to which tho defendant union ivas called upon to plead, wbb not the :auso of action in support of which the >laiutiff appeared, and called evidence; lor was it tho one for which a ponalty >f £200 is provided.
