Practically tho whole of tho Roumanian army has been mobilised. The military situation in Ronmania is regarded as absolutely saleAfter tho occupation of Budapest-, the Roumanians are ready to advance against the Rolsliovists in any direction.
A Hungarian communique reporting retirements tho Roumanians and Czechs again blames the want of discipline of tho troops.
