The United States is using battleships and cruisers to transport troops. They make the round trip, Brest to New York, in forty days, the battleships carrying twelve hundred men and the cruisers fifteen hundred. The Admiralty is willing to employ warships in repatriating overseas troops if crews aro availablo. It is pointed out that tho American warships used in repatriating tho Americans are in good order, becauso they did not participate actively in the war.
