GREENPARK SCHOOL.

PICNIC AND PRIZE-GIVING,

Tho children of the Greenpark School, together with their parents and friends, held their annual picnic last Friday in Waihora Park. For four years past the children have preferred to devote their picnic fund to patriotic purposes. The day was an ideal cue, and there was a largo attendance. Various games and raoes for old young were organised. The single women's race was roa by ilis3 Vera Fleete, and the committeemen's race by Mr W. J. McMillan. Before tea, the cliairmani (Mr F.
