MAGISTRATE'S COURT. Messrs W. T. Lester and W. Cleary, J.P.'e, presided at tho Lyttelton Magistrate's Court yesterday morning, when a first offender was convicted and discharged. Otto Anderson, a seaman, was charged ■with drunkenness and disorderly conduct on the Lyttelton railway station.
