Margaret MoDermott pleaded guilty to a. charge of hr.ving been found drank and not guiitr to a chargo cf loitering- in a public placc for the purpose of soliciting prostitution. Slw was convicted and sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment. HELPLESSLY DRUNK. Victor Percy Xaylor appeared on a charge of having been helplessly drunk. Ho expressed willingness to take out a prohibition brder against himself. The order was issued, and ho was ordered to pay medical expenses. : ! BREACH OF ORDER. | George Siiamy appeared on a charge of breaking his prohibition oi\ler. He was released on undertaking to pay a fine of £2 and medical expenses. RELEASED OX PROBATION. Lan Avboii, a young: lad, waA charged Kith theft of a pair of binoculars, valued at £13 13s, the property of William White. H» employer expressed Willingness to take him back, and the lad was therefore placed on probation for twelve months.
