Charles Hurley has been court-mar-tialled at Cork on a charge of possessing arms and plans for another rebellion. One document contained particulars for the destruction of tho police barracks, the post office, and the pier on which British and American stores are situated, also the destruction of bridges. The accused refused to plead.
