BRITISH LABOUR PARTY
AN INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS. LONDON, December 20. The Parliamentary Committee of the Trade Union Congress, and the National Executive of the Labour Party, at a meeting agreed on a joint interna.tional conference in January, probably in Switzerland, concurrently with the official Pcace Congress. The British delegation will consist of Messrs Bunning, J. H. Thomas, Will Thome, Onions, and Guy Bowerman, representing the Trade Union Congress, and Messrs Cramp, J. R. Clynes, Ramsay Macdonald, A. Henderson, and Mrs Snowden, representing the Labour The party passed a resolution demanding the removal of the cable and Press censorship, and permitting the dispatch for publication of messages dealing with the official congress and the working class conference.
