TWO ADDITIONAL DEATHS AT FRE3IANTLE. FREMANTLE, December 17. Two further deaths among patients of the troopship Boonah have occurred. One is that of a New Zealander, whoso name is not stated. Indignation is expressed at the quarantine arrangements. It is alleged that a number of men recently quarantined from a steamer escaped and attended the races.
