THE FUNERAL,
The fqneral of the late Mr A. W. Rutherford, junr., took place at Waiau, on Thursday afternoon. There was a large attendance from various parts of the Amuri County. The service at the graveside was conducted by the Hev. Dr. Erwin, assisted by the Rev. J. H. Thomson, of Waiau. _ _ The pall-bearers were Messrs T. CRobinson, I*. A. Rutherford, 0. O. T.
