BRITISH PRISONERS.
TOTALS IN GERMANY. AUSTRIA, AND TURKEY. (Arc*tr*Jian and N.Z. Cable Ajioekiloii) (Received October 22nd, 7.55 p.m.) LONDON, Octobor 21. In the House of Commons, Mr J. P. Hope said that the British prisoners in Germany numbered 5362 officers and 142,937 men. There' were 28 officers and 242 men in Austria, and 430 officers, 117 Indian officers, 2371 British men, and 6589 Indians in Turkey.
