General March, Chief of Staff, has announced that, including the Siberian expedition, the American troops now oversea.' number 1,600,000. MajorGeneral Graves has been appointed to command the Americans in Siberia. During August 25,000 American troops landed in France. The object of the present British-Canadian drive is the capture of Cambrai.
