.A meeting of Central European Freemasons'was held in Berlin in July. Tho Grand Masters of the Hungarian, Turkish, and recently-formed Bulgarian Lodges, with other representatives, visited Berlin, in order to get into close touch with the German Grand Ixjdges and leading German Freemasons. Five representatives were E resent from Constantinople, (three ram Budapest, and three from Sofia.
