In pursuance of and in exercise of "he powers vested in it, in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, the Waimairi Cour.tv Council proposes to borrow the mm of £7000 by way of Spccial Loan for 'bo purpose of * installing electric mains, public lamps, and othejj works in connexion therewith in tho Special Area as defined in the "Times" of the 3rd August, 191 S. B. The cost of construction, including first year's interest and the expenso of raising tho "loan, £7000. C. Tho secuntv for tho loan shall bo a Special Rate of 3-lCth of a penny in the £ on the rateable value of all the rateable pioperties in the Special Loan Area. D. The cost of raising tho loan and the first year's interest to be paid out of the loan.
