AMSTERDAM. August li. A German court-martial at Brussels sentenced to fifteen years' imprisonment v.iih hard labour three prominent Belgians, accused of participating in the publication of a 'secret newspaper, "L'Aine Beige," which the German authorities have been vainly trying to many months. The paper re-nppcrtred the day after the sentences were announced. A copv was secretly deposited on von Falkenhausen's tab'.e.
