-fDAMAGES AWARDED. Ia the Supreme Court yesterday, beforo his Honour Mr Justice Herd man and a jury, of which Mr S. P. Smith was foreman, tho hearing ' IV as concluded of tho action in which Henry \>'hito (Mr Johnston) cliiimed £'300 damages, £100 loss of wages, and £-30 12s hospital expenses, from Michael J. Corrigan, jotiicxl farmer, (Mr Raymond, K.C., v,ith him °Mr V right), ihe claim arose out of a collision between defendant's motor-car and_plaintifTs motor-cycle, on July Btii, 1017, near the intersection of Gloucester street and St,-inmore ror.d. Further evidence on hnhal'f of the [leleiidant iv<is given, and tho jui*y visited the .scene of the collision. ' Counsel addressed the jury, and his Honour summed up.
