Satisfactory progress is being mado with the work of removing tho upper ehctulnns from No. 2 wharf, which is now closed to traffic. The docking is in a bad condition, and until all the Scathing ha® been lifted and a thorough examination mado, an .-stimato cannot be given regarding the time required to effect tho ncecssary repairs.
