It is estimated that at least 200 per- , sons wcro killed as a result of tbo Pittsburg explosion, and many of those wj wero injured may die. A large was wrecked. The rescue!* were handicapped bv noxious gases and tho heat. The debris was thrown great distances. There were many explosions m que* succession. Some of the reseller* perished.
