FIRE BRIGADESMAN KILLED.
(PBXSR ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, May IG. A man named Baxter, a fireman, in the City Firo Brigade, was billed tonight by tho overturning of a small motor engine used in carrying the reel, while rounding a street corner. Tho accident was all tho more distressing us tho brigade had turned out in responso to a malicious false alarm. Tho same man had a leg broken whilo attending a firo some years ago- Two other men, named Oliver and McGill, who were on ( the reel, were also injured, and wero i taken in the horoitaL —
