HOKITIKA, May 16. Captain T. E. Y. Seddon, M.P., in a personal letter to a constituent, written from France, expresses his disgust at the neglcct shown by th© Government of the Westland district during iiis absence on militarv duties. Letteri he receives, together with Press re ports, make it clear, he says, tha reasonable consideration is not beiia given to the wants of a growing di.-. trict. Mr Seddon has written to some of the Ministers, complaining of the neglect, which he feels very mucli under the circumstances. He concludes:—"Can I do more, except come myself?"
