BOY SCOUTS' CARNIVAL. • The Boy Scouts Carnival, at the Tepid Bathe, to-night, promises to he something quite unique in the owimming line. Tho Scouts' Championship (in uniform), obstacle, relay, and . bull-pup events, should bring out the very best in our local Scouts. The doors will' be opened at 7 p.m>, and. the first race ,iyill start at 7.30 p.m.
