AUCKLAND, May 15. Mr Justice Hosking granted Mr J. J. Boyd, Mayor of Onehunga, and zoo proprietor, leave to appeal to the Privy Council against Ihe magisterial decision which affects his position as'a member of the Borough Council. His Honour made special oonditions as to costs, which by consent' are to be mainly homo by Mr Boyd.
