LONDON, May 13. Tho Right Rev. F. W. Keating, Roman Catholic Bishop of Northampton, reprobates the attempt to arouscT'an anti-Popery Campaign. The Irish bishops, he says, have taken a grave step, but it is exclusively their own. They have not consulted either the Vatican, or tho British bishops. Ho hopes the Irish prelates trill yet find a way of diverting attention from domestic troubles and succeed in making available "Ireland's resources to fight against tho greatest menace to the world's liberties.
