ROUMANIAN PEACE.

The Roumanian Government, in a proclamation, announces the conclusion of peace. The country, it says, re-enters a state of neutrality and can now work removing the scars of war by consolidating the internal position. AMSTERDAM. May 10. The Kaiser lias telegraphed to von Hindenburg, declaring that the peace with Rouinania fills him with pride and joy, and ordering the commemoration of the battle of Tannenberg, which saved East Prussia.
A Vienna telegram states that In exchange for territorial acquisitions in the Dobrudja, Bulgaria will recognise and consolidate all her floating debts in Germany for army supplies. The Sobranjc will be asked to vote one and a half milliards of marks and a per cent, loan therefor. A German-Bulgar company will exploit the Constanza harbour and also the Constanza-Cernavoda railway line.

Berlin says that the terms of the Bucharest peace give Germany control of Roumanian petroleum for the duration of the war and after.
