American Labour delegates who visited the front say that they are filled with hatred at German 'barbarity. They told their fellow-counotrymen that only peace by victory will end the detestable crimes of German Imperialism. (Australian and N. 2. Cable Association.) (Received Mav 12th, 11 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 10Mr Gray, chairman of the United States Steel Corporation, announces that the Corporation, at tho Government's request, will build and equip a hugo plant for the construction of large cannon and projectiles. The plant will be ono of tho largest in the world, and the company will carry on the work without profit.
