SUGGESTED EMBARGO ON THE EXPORT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received May 12th, 11 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 10. Newspaper publishers carried a resolution urging tho War Trade Board to prohibit tho oxport of newsprint paper.
The leading paper merchants .have protested, pointing out this would be a hardship for Australia and other allied and neutral nations.
