GERMAN SPY ARRESTED

(Received May 10th, 8 p.m.) LONDON, May 9. In tho House of Commons, Mr J. I. Macpherson confirmed the report that a man was recently put ashore from a German submarine on the Irish coast. He added that the man had been arrested and lodged in the Tower; and would be court-iiiaitiaiied. HOME RULE AND CONSCRIPTION. (Received May 10th, 8 p.m.) LONDON, May 9.
