Stephens, third officcr of the vessel, has signed off the ship's articles. Captain P. S. Peterson, who has had command of the Te An an for the past eighteen Tnonths (says th© "Dominion"), and who has been appointed pilot to the Wellington Harbour Board, waa presented, on Monday evening, by the officers and engineers of the vessel with a barometer and case of pipes. crow will also make a presentation to Captain Peterson, aa a token of their regard for him.
