POST AND TELEGRAPH RATES. (By Cable.—Preas Association.- -opyrightj (Received May 7th. 8.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 7. The Postmaster-General is considering increasing the postage and telegraphic rnteß. He said that if an additional penny stamp should be decided upon it would be in the form of a war tax stamp. The lettergram system would be subjected to a radical readjustment because it was undermining legitimate telegraphic business.
