CAMPAIGN IN FINLAND.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) COPENHAGEN, May 5. German generals consider that the Finland campaign is finished. The last scattered remnants of the Red Guards are concentrated near Kotka, where they are surrounded by the White Guards. STOCKHOLM, May 5. The ''Dagblad" states that negotiations are proceeding for tho appointment of Duke Adolf, of Mecklenburg Schwerin, as King of Finland. The "Aftonbladet" states that the Russians liavo rushed considerable troops to the Finnish where great events are expected. ROUMANIAN PEACE TREATY. (Keutcr's Telerrams.) AMSTERDAM. May 5. The Austrian, German, and Roumanian representatives have drawn un nn economic treaty supplementing the Roumanian peace treaty. All the peace treaties between Austria. Germany, and Roumania are now ready for signature.
