THE HAGUE, May 5. "Vorwaerts" reportß that the committee appointed to discuss the question of post-war tonnage, has been ordered to suspend its sittings till the. Hambwg-Amerika, and Norddeutßcher lines have reached an understanding with the Government. "Vorwaerts" Srotests that this will place Herr Baln and Herr Hnlderraann in absolute control of German tonnage after the war. The paper urges the other shipping companies and workers to oppose this monopoly. (Beater's Telegram*.) WASHINGTON, May 5. It is officially stated that Germans in all parts of South and Central America are concentrating in 'Mexico. The object is to stir up trouble, through German propaganda, and, if possible, to organise toe Mexicans as a fighting force.
