Fiost, 7 degrees. SUMMARY AND FORECAST. The westerly low preesuro area of moderate intensity, which passed in the South on Sunday, has been responsible lor cold and changeable weather generally, and eootterea rainfall. Moderate to strong westerly and southerly winds predominated. Present indications are for the continuance of the cold, changeable conditions, with passing: showers in most parts of the country. South to south-east winds, moderate to strong, and squally at times, may be expected, with a rising barometer everywhere ooon.
