AXXUAL MEETING. The eleventh annual meeting of tho Red and Black Association was held on Saturday evening, Mr A. L. Jones presiding 1 over a gcvl attendance. t Hho annual report stated that tno Association had not been very active during the past year. It was dccided that during 1 the present crisis it was not advisable to open so there Wae not much encouragement for members.
