4 CLEARING SALE. Messrs H. Matson and Co. held, a successful clearing sale at D-unsandel jostea'day, on account of Mr Chas. A. Wright, who has disposed of his property. There was a large attendance, and competition -was very keen. The following priees were realised: Cows from £10 to £15 10s : horses, bay mare, 7yrs, £14; bay mare, 4yrs, £25 10s; bay gelding, 3yrs, £27; bay gelding, 4yrs, £29; bay mare, Syrs, £37; bay mare, agod, £30; brown mare 3 aged, £29; bay gelding, Syrs, £25 10s; bay hack gelding, aged, £10 10s. Sheep: 152 hall'bred sound-mouth ewes 36s 4d. 167 crossbred sound-month ewes 355, 71 fat owes 31s, 58 ewes 27s Gd, 99 lambs 28s, 5G lambs 255. Farm implements sold at good prices. DUVAUCHELLE STOCK SALE. At the Duvauchelle stock sale on Friday, there was a very large yarding, f.nd prices were ahead of those ruling last month. Fat. steers made £11 16s to £17 ss. 5 fat bullocks £20 each, fat cows £12 17s Gd to £17, fat heifers £11 5s to £12 17.s Gd, bulls £S 15s to £14 7s 6d, springers £10 10s to £14 os, stores £9 12s 6d to £11, calves np to £3 10s.
