Lyttelton uest week with a full load of timber from Kaipara. Her subsequent movements have rot been decided. Tbo Cj-jjnet frill ea.il next Tuesday for Akaroa, and will make her weekly trip to Kaikoura on Wednesday or Thursday.

Tlio Storm, -which, has been sheltering at Kajkoura owing to the heavy sea and boisterous weather, arrived yesterday afternoon at L.ylt.elton, and -will probably sail to-day for Dunedin, via ports. The Calm, from Wanganui and Wellington, is due hero next Wednesday, and sails later for Duuedin, via way ports. The Breeze is expected to arrive at Lyttelton to-day from Timaru, and is timed to leave this port this evening for Picton and Wanganui. Mr 11. V. Dickcv. late pureer of the Pa.teen a. is awaiting instructions at Dunodin. Mr W. Miller, assistant parser of the Tarawern, has gono ashore. .
