The Allies' Note to Greece declareu tliat King Constantino and his Government were unable to control the Greek army to prevent it becoming a menace- to the Allied army in Macedonia, and therefore demanded the withdrawal of the troops and war material towards Peloponnessus witliin twenty-four hours, and all movements northward to be stopped. Not to accede to these demands would bo construed as f«n act of hostility and as a refusal of them. The Allied Ministers would then leave Greece, and the blockadti of the coasts would be maintained until full reparation was made for the rccent unprovoked attacks in Athene, and guarantees given for the future maintenance of order.
